Dual Enrollment

High School Students, Get Ahead

The application and courses for the Spring semester are available now.

With the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú Dual Enrollment program, you have nearly 100 classes to choose from at the low cost of $75 per credit.

ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs dual enrollment provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to take college classes while still in high school. (Note: Sophomore student eligibility is on a conditional basis determined by ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú Admissions.) These college credits may also count towards your high school graduation requirements as well as be posted on your future university academic transcript.

Dual enrollment is available during the fall, spring, and summer sessions. There is no limit to the number of ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú classes you can take per term. All courses are taught by qualified ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú faculty. The cost is $75 per credit for Pennsylvania residents and $87 for non-Pennsylvania residents. Students from qualifying school districts may be eligible for free dual enrollment tuition through a state grant-see below for details

You can register for online asynchronous classes to take at your own pace, or on-campus classes at one of ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs three campus locations: California, Clarion, or Edinboro. View our most current class availability list.

Students should have a cumulative 3.0 high school GPA to be eligible for dual enrollment. If your GPA is below this threshold you may still be eligible. Contact the Dual Enrollment Office to learn more.
