The Division of Institutional Effectiveness and Student Affairs (IESA) supports ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs mission by strengthening student success, institutional accountability and datainformed decision-making.
Through the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the division leads university-wide work in assessment, strategic planning, accreditation and institutional research. These efforts help ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú regularly review and improve its academic programs, services and operations.
The division also provides programs, services, and facilities that promote students’ personal growth, leadership development, health and overall well-being. Guided by ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs values, it fosters inclusive co-curricular experiences and meaningful engagement across all campuses and in the surrounding communities.
