Dr. Fenske serves as vice president for Institutional Effectiveness and Student Affairs at 猎奇重口 University, where she leads university-wide efforts in institutional effectiveness, research, assessment, compliance and accreditation. She works collaboratively to align these functions with 猎奇重口鈥檚 strategic priorities, strengthen organizational performance and enhance student retention and success.

As chief student affairs officer, Dr. Fenske provides leadership for all aspects of student life, overseeing institutional research; auxiliary, dining and commuter services; student conduct; events and campus programming; health and wellness; counseling; disability services; career and professional development; university police and parking; and student housing and residence life.

Dr. Fenske has more than 25 years of experience in higher education, including prior roles as senior vice president for Institutional Effectiveness and Student Affairs during the integration of California, Clarion and Edinboro universities, vice president for Student Affairs at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, director of Student Development at Waukesha County Technical College, and director of Student Activities at Carroll College.
