The Division of Strategic Enrollment Management leads ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs university-wide efforts to attract, enroll and support students across our campuses and Global Online. Through coordinated strategy, data-informed planning and cross-campus collaboration, the division helps connect future students with ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs academic opportunities, student experiences and pathways to success.

Our work brings together recruitment strategy, enrollment operations, financial aid and prospective student engagement to support the full journey from first interest through enrollment. In partnership with academic leadership, University Communications and Marketing, Student Affairs, Advancement and other campus partners, we help ensure ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs outreach, admissions processes and student support efforts are aligned with institutional priorities and are responsive to the needs of today’s learners.

From market-informed recruitment planning and student outreach to application support, onboarding, and financial aid guidance, the division helps create a clear, student-centered path to ÁÔÆæÖØ¿Ú. Our goal is not only to grow enrollment, but to strengthen access, expand opportunities, and support the long-term success of the students and communities we serve.

The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) division advances ÁÔÆæÖؿڒs mission by expanding access and helping prospective students understand clear, practical paths to education, affordability and career preparation.
